Daily Devotional: Day 16
South Carolina & South Dakota
1Timothy 4:12 Don't let anyone look down on you because you are young, but set an example for the believers in speech, in life, in love, in faith and in purity.
Kevin was so excited to start school this fall. All the children stand on the porch for their first day of school picture. Kevin wasn't going to be left out.
In our above scripture, Peter was instructing Timothy. He said, do not allow your youth to stop your mission. An on fire youth can change the world; in either direction, good or bad. While we, the church went to sleep the enemy went after our children. In past and recent times the youth is who the lawless one seeks to indoctrinate into his army of destruction. The hate groups are filled with 18 to 30 somethings. If the enemy can steal our young people he can win the nation. We as parents and grandparents spend 18 years teaching our children to have a moral compass, send them to university, just to watch those 18 years unravel in less then four. Our prayer today is over our schools. America has kicked God out of every public place, even Church. Invite God back to our schools. Amen
