Yummy Tuna melt open face sandwich
INGREDIENTS:
1 pkg. English muffins
2 CANs tuna drained
1 pkg. celery, wash and dice 2 stalks
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 tomato sliced (optional)
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. MIX tuna, celery and mayonnaise together
2. Put mixture on English muffins on a cookie sheet, top with tomato slice and cheese
3. Put cookie sheet under broiler until cheese is melted and golden brown
4. Remove, cool and serve with
celery sticks
